Thanks to an intelligent online link with the Amazone spreading hall, the actual spreading pattern is continuously validated. This ensures greater precision, safety and comfort.

The ZA-TS AutoSpread is an autonomously adjusting fertiliser spreader. Fertiliser spreading is being revolutionised: for the first time, the ZA-TS 01 AutoSpread measures both the spreading direction and the actual spreading distance directly in the field. The system generates a live spreading pattern which is validated via AI and compared with the digital model from the spreading hall. Fully automatic, extremely accurate, even without a mobile connection. The result: maximum precision, efficiency and safe application.

AutoSpread offers an autonomous solution for optimum fertiliser distribution. All field conditions are optimised, including SectionControl, boundary spreading, WindControl, etc. This increases efficiency and reduces the user’s workload by eliminating the need for manual checks.

Optimal fertiliser distribution ensures maximum yield with minimum fertiliser use. Each plant receives exactly the amount of fertiliser it needs, and no more. This allows the amount of fertiliser to be kept to a minimum. Furthermore, precise boundary spreading ensures that fertiliser is applied as accurately as possible right up to the field edge. This contributes to a more environmentally sustainable operation.
