The uniquely formulated foliar nutrition Optima Phos2Grow redefines phosphorus fertilisation. Two complementary sources of phosphorus provide both a rapid and a long-lasting supply of phosphorus, regardless of (temporary) blockages in the soil caused by cold, pH or stress. The neutral product pH, incl. wetting agent and adhesion enhancer maximise uptake, efficiency and miscibility. This supports root development, the plant’s energy balance, tuber formation and yield at precisely the critical moments, making this fertiliser a practical and sustainable solution for robust potato cultivation.

Optima Phos2Grow is a liquid phosphate foliar fertiliser with a unique formulation combining orthophosphate and pyrophosphate. The formulation has been developed to ensure a virtually neutral pH in the spray solution, whereas many common liquid phosphate products are highly acidic or alkaline. The balanced formulation supports efficient foliar uptake and crop safety.

The virtually neutral pH promotes crop safety and compatibility with tank-mix components. Such a pH is also user-friendly for the applicator. The liquid formulation is easy to dose and promotes adhesion, flow and uptake through the leaves. By making P and K available at critical stages of growth, Optima Phos2Grow supports crop growth, yield and quality.

Climate change is leading to an increase in drought and other growth stresses, which temporarily restrict root growth and nutrient uptake from the soil. Optima Phos2Grow enables P and K to be made available specifically via the foliage at critical moments. This allows for targeted management of nutrient supply, yield and quality under challenging conditions. Thanks to its unique formulation, there is minimal loss or leaching of nutrients, and application efficiency is enhanced by its high compatibility in tank mixes: this reduces the number of passes required and ensures safe and easy handling
