The Elea PEF Advantage C 2000-600 is a high-capacity chain-based PEF system designed for the continuous processing of potatoes and other large-calibre crops. Featuring a 600 × 600 mm treatment channel, the system delivers reliable and homogeneous PEF treatment at throughputs of up to 150 t/h.

The chain-based transport concept ensures defined residence times and consistent treatment of large product volumes, while the optimized vessel and flume design reduces water consumption and supports efficient operation.
