Briefly describe what is NEW. This explanation will be submitted to the expert group and will be decisive in the evaluation and selection of the most newsworthy entries. (max. textarea: 600 characters)
- Quick-change: easy switching (2 h) between potato unit & onion unit
- Haulm roller concept with reduced drop heights: haulm roller adjustment connected to nose roller of next web. Drop point moves along, whether the haulm roller is set aggressively or switched off.
- Varioweb: inclination of complete module can be adjusted
- Ring elevator: smart material choice (fibreglass) and redesigned flights: impact of drop on potatoes reduced by half
- Hydraulically lifted bunker floor in working position: reduces inclination towards high trailers. Unloading twice as fast compared with a fixed construc
Added value for the user (in commercial terms, user-friendliness ...)
- Quick-change intake: investment spread over longer season
- Haulm roller concept: less damage, higher product quality. Retains efficient haulm roller system: haulm separation newer, higher-yielding varieties ensured
- Varioweb: adjustable inclination for the axial roller set: more efficient cleaning on slopes and extra adjustment capacity in all conditions
- Ring elevator: largest drop height made as gentle as possible for optimum quality. The web elevator concept retains additional cleaning capacity
- Bunker: faster unloading = efficiency. Less time spent unloading, more time spent harvest
Added value for the further sustainability and professionalization of the potato sector.
All modifications and innovations are focused on improving the quality of the harvested crop. This contributes to better storability and supports higher-quality processed products throughout the value chain.
