Date of market introduction in Belgium (if still in development: expected date of launch)
2026 - in het kader van de 'code goede praktijk vul- en spoelplaatsen'

By the end of 2025, the government in Belgium, in consultation with the relevant departments, issued approval for the use of RemDry to prevent farmyard emissions of plant protection products. Since the spring of 2026, the 'Code of Good Practice for Filling and Rinsing Areas' has been in force. RemDry is included in this as a best available technique to correctly prevent farmyard emissions.

Added value for the user (in commercial terms, user-friendliness ...)
RemDry is a best available technology to prevent farmyard emissions of plant protection products, combined with exceptional ease of installation, use, and expansion. The installation of the evaporation unit is very simple. The RemDry requires no maintenance. And if it turns out that a large volume of residual liquid needs to be processed, an additional unit can easily be installed without changing anything at the filling/rinsing station.

Added value for the further sustainability and professionalization of the potato sector.
With the Blue Deal, the European government makes it clear that water and water quality are high on the agenda. In many regions, drinking water production is under pressure, partly due to (too) high concentrations of pesticides in the water. The range of available products is steadily shrinking. Processing residual liquid containing pesticides at the source is the way to quickly bring about a positive change.
