Kwatro Xtreme Flow

Product group: Mechanization

The new Kwatro Xtreme Flow Generation 3 is a robust 4-row self-propelled potato harvester on tracks, developed for row spacings greater than 80 cm and designed without a hedgehog belt. This variant is characterised by the combination of three sieving webs with a double Quick-Change Easyclean module, offering the operator extensive possibilities to adapt the cleaning process to the harvesting conditions.

The 3 sieving webs are followed by a double Quick-Change Easyclean module. This module consists of 7 (4+3) active, smooth cleaning rollers alternated with 9 Easyclean rollers. The unit is divided into 2 groups of respectively 4 and 3 linked, active, smooth cleaning rollers. This allows the operator to set the speed, height, opening and direction of rotation of the active cleaning rollers separately for both groups. New is the patented Quick-Change system. This allows the Easyclean segment axles to be replaced easily and quickly (the bearings no longer need to be dismantled), for example when changing harvesting conditions require different segments. In addition, the module can be set to an inclination between 0 and 12 degrees, allowing the cleaning intensity to be adjusted with a high degree of flexibility.

The two-part bunker has a capacity of 12 tonnes. Product-friendly handling is also a priority during unloading. The bunker has no transfer roller or cover through which the product has to pass via a funnel-shaped opening. The fixed bunker floor is followed by a discharge elevator with bar webs, allowing excess soil to be sieved out during unloading.
