The Flyweight belt trailer has been developed for the efficient and careful transport of bulk products, such as potatoes, onions, beans, grains and carrots. Thanks to our many years of experience, we can also adapt the belt trailer for other types of products, including salt, sand and mussels. Each version can be tailored to the specific characteristics of the product.

Efficient loading and unloading

The belt trailer is loaded from the top. For delicate products, the trailer can be equipped with a drop mat, which minimizes damage caused by falling during loading.

Unloading takes place from the rear of the trailer. A conveyor belt is used to discharge the product in a controlled manner. The conveyor belt is driven by an electrically powered drum motor, ensuring reliable and efficient operation.

The Flyweight belt trailer is built on a lightweight three-axle chassis, with the conveyor belt mounted directly onto the chassis. The standard version has European Type Approval (ETG).

The inner and outer walls are made from a single-piece polyester panel and fitted with CFC-free insulation. This means the walls do not absorb moisture, are easy to clean and remain in optimal condition for a long time.
