1. Narviflex EU Food Scrapers

These scrapers are the absolute standard for the processing phase in the potato industry (e.g. after washing or during cutting).

• Food safety: Made entirely from stainless steel and food-approved polyurethane (EC 1935/2004 certificate available).
• Ease of use: Thanks to the unique system, the cleaning team can disconnect the scraper in one movement for cleaning and then immediately reset it to the correct tension. No hassle, just efficiency.
• Compact: The tensioning station is incorporated into the shaft, ideal for tight installation spaces.

2. HM Scraper Compact

This is the ‘champion’ for potato reception and the rougher phases where rubber belts are used.

• Powerhouse: Specially designed for rubber belts where there is little installation space (e.g. for potato reception in the French fry industry).
• Wear-resistant: The scraper tips are made of hard metal, which guarantees an extremely long service life, even with abrasive sand.
• Adaptability: The blades consist of segments that move independently, allowing them to follow the curvature of the drum perfectly.

3. PU Knock Roller (Series 3500)

In the potato sector, many chevron belts (profiled belts) are used to convey the potatoes. A normal scraper does not work here.

• Solution: Our knocker rollers knock the dirt and clay out of the profiles, keeping the belt clean without damaging the profile.
