DT subsoiler and loosener: deep restructuring & intensive mixing.
Introduction:
With the DT, restructure your soil in depth whilst carrying out surface preparation. Featuring a high working width and a robust design, these new machines in the range perform well in all situations. The DT range is ideal for pseudo-ploughing operations. The curved tines, arranged in two rows, ensure deep restructuring and intensive mixing. The DT subsoiler is a simple, robust and efficient machine for deep soil cultivation, thereby providing the best conditions for crop growth.
DT L subsoiler for light soils
With a working width of 3 m, it is designed for light soils and tractors up to 230 ch. It is capable of working to a depth of up to 50 cm. The DT L models feature large undercarriage clearances (780 mm on the T version and 870 mm on the NSH version) as well as generous distances between the two rows of tines (800 mm on the T version and 850 mm on the NSH version), ensuring clog-free operation even in the presence of crop residues.
DT XL subsoiler for heavy soils
Available in fixed versions 3 and 4 metres wide, they are suitable for heavy soils and high-powered tractors (up to 400 ch.). Designed to work at depths of up to 60 cm, the DT XL models also offer excellent clearance thanks to their undercarriage clearance (920 mm on the T model and 1000 mm on the NSH model) and the spacing between the two rows of tines (870 mm on the T model and 1000 mm on the NSH model).
Explosive finned tine: the centrepiece
The tine, available in T or NSH safety versions, is the machine’s centrepiece. It is a 350 mm wide finned explosive tine, fitted with a breaking triangle and a 70 mm quick-fit tip, also available in a carbide version.
The two rows of tines allow for deep cracking whilst ensuring effective mixing of soil and surface residues.
With the mechanical safety option using a shear bolt (T), the tip force is 3,550 kg for the L tine and 4,370 kg for the XL tine. With the Non-Stop Hydraulic (NSH) safety system, the trigger pressure can be adjusted between 165 and 190 bar, with a maximum tip force of 1,190 kg for the L tine and 1,670 kg for the XL tine.
