The vegetable-windrower of the WV series are available in five working widths between 140 cm and 205 cm. The machines are usually used for two-phase, delayed harvesting in order to get shell-resistance and robust onions. Further more they are "starter machine" for the mechanical harvest of vegetables.

The crop is gently taken in, cleaned by two main webs and placed in a swath on the surface of the ground, so that the crop can dry and thus become shell-resistant and storable. The machine can be adapted to different harvesting conditions by means of various intake units and other options.
