The National Interprofessional Committee for Potatoes (CNIPT) aims to promote fresh potatoes on the French and export markets. It has been officially recognised as a national interprofessional organisation by the French public authorities since 1977. The CNIPT represents all operators in the potato sector, from production to trade.
