StuMaCo is a specialist in stainless steel machine construction and customization. For over 20 years we have been active in the engineering, design, construction, assembly and maintenance of machinery and production lines in stainless steel for the food industry. We are mainly active in the world of fresh and frozen vegetables and the potato and corn processing industry as well as in the cheese and meat industry. It goes from the receipt of raw materials to dosing and packaging and this for basic foods up to and including specialties such as chips, tortillas, croquettes, potato waffles pancakes, wok mixes, soup vegetables, ... . Here we design, produce and install separate machines or complete production lines, including the integration of other machines such as optical sorters and specific technologies. We are appreciated by our customers for our extreme discretion, which guarantees that their own specific processes remain confidential. This is also a big reason why we place many complete lines where we co-assemble and integrate all machines, including those not manufactured by us, so that we are the only party knowing the complete process. Practically all machines and production lines are customer specific designed. Our team currently consists of 15 engineers designers/project managers and about 40 people for workshop, assembly and maintenance. We produce our machines in our own well-equipped workshop including our own turning and milling station, laser, deburring machine, plate shears, folding lathe, sawing lines, bead blasting booth, ...
