Fiwap (Walloon potato organization) structures the potato sector in Wallonia, from R&D to the processing industry. As a recognised pilot centre, it provides technical, economic and statistical support for the sector through information, demonstration, extension, development and services in favour of the quality and value of Walloon production. It participates in sectoral debates with regional, federal and European authorities. It provides the secretariat of the GWPPPDT-upr, the NEPG and Belpotato.be Wallonia. Fiwap is mainly financed by the Walloon Region (SPW-ARNE).
