EUPPA is the European association representing the industry of potato processors in Europe. EUPPA members are committed to reducing their environmental impact at all stages: from our raw material, in the production processes, to the final potato products. The European Green Deal and the Farm to Fork Strategy are flagship initiatives which aim to reach more sustainable food systems. This requires change in the way we operate in the sector. This presentation will address how sustainability plays a role in all aspects of our industry and will highlight some key European legislative files that are impacting the potato processing sector.
