Argumentation about the innovative character:

The new developed Hybrid – Ceramic hydro cyclones. In the market existing hydro cyclones for starch recovery are made from Polyurethane. Therefore, they are weak and worn out every 1 – 1 ½ Years. Then they have to be replaced. Due to that they produce a lot of waste. But even worse they are real micro plastic fabricants while operating. This micro plastic then is polluting the food product. Our new Hybrid – Ceramic hydro cyclones have all the advantages:
• Food grade! No micro plastic in the product anymore!
• Extreme long lifetime of the equipment!
• Very low TCO
• About 12% higher gain
• No dead storage capacity
• Sustainable and environmental friendly
• High performance version available
• 1:1 replaceable with existing equipment
• Any maiting dimensions feasible
• Full Ceramic version possible for special cases
• Stainless Steel Version available The new Hybrid – Ceramic Hydro Cyclones solve all the problem of the existing equipment in the market. They are more efficient, more stay able, create less waste but NO micro plastic, are exchangeable and nevertheless are much cheaper then PU models.
