The Triplus is our free fall optical sorter, specific developed for fresh and frozen applications in the food industry.

The two-sided camera vision modules and optional laser technology in combination with innovative software algorithms assure reliable detection and efficient rejection of a variety of defects; like discolorations, misshapen, foreign materials and structural differences.

The Triplus is available 3 scan-widths (800, 1200 and 1800mm) and can handle large capacities (carrots @ 20 mt/hr  or potatoes @ 60 mt/hr).   With the Triplus you will experience improved and consistent product quality and reduced yield losses which result in significant reduction in labor cost.
